How can I reschedule my Level Up Test (LUT)?

You can reschedule your Level Up Test (LUT) by submitting a new Level Up Test request form. If you miss your LUT or you are unable to connect with the teacher on time, your session will be marked as "Missed" in your englishcentral.com account. If you do miss your Level Up Test, you will be able to schedule a new one with this form.

If you have missed your Level Test

If you have missed your Level Up Test and want to reschedule, you can use the form below. However, please go through the following questions and advice. It might be helpful to take your test successfully the next time!

  • Was it clear to you at which time the Level Test was scheduled?
  • The teachers that take our tests are in the Philippines. Your location (when taking the test) might be different. When you schedule a Level Test your device will normally check your location and choose the correct date and time settings. However, it is important to always check the timezone settings during the scheduling process.
  • Were you online and logged in to EnglishCentral 5 minutes before the scheduled time and for some time after the scheduled time?
  • Did you use the email registered with us and did you use that email and password we provided to log in to EnglishCentral?
  • Were you using a mobile device to access EnglishCentral? If so our advice is to use the EnglishCentral app (for Android or iOS) and NOT the internet browser of your device. Our experience is that the app works better than an internet browser when taking a test. The app is free and can be downloaded in the app stores for Android and Apple devices.
  • If you have specific  info about why the test could not be taken, you are welcome to send us more information about what wrong. What kind of device were you using? Did you use an internet browser or the EnglishCentral app? Were you able to enter the virtual classroom around the scheduled time of the test? Did the teacher (not) show up? Can you send a screenshot of what went wrong?

  • If you are in a hurry, we advise you take the LUT on a weekday. This is so because more teachers are available and your score will be sent sooner!

What will happen after I fill in the form?

After filling in the form, you will receive a confirmation email. In the meantime, we will start working on scheduling your LUT. This includes ensuring that the date & time you requested are available and that there is a tutor who can conduct the test.

After logging into your EnglishCentral account (website or app), the red "Start Your Lesson" button in the "Live! Lessons" tab will become clickable 5 minutes before the scheduled time of  the test. Press it to enter the waiting room and the tutor will invite you to the main room as soon as they are available.

Please note that we need at least 2 working days to schedule the LUT.

What will happen after the Level Up Test? 

After you perform the LUT, we will upload your result to your scorecard on my.spotonlearning.eu. Usually, this does not take longer than 3 working days and you will receive an email once your result is available. In that email, we also include some tips and tricks for your further improvement.

You can reschedule your Level Test up to 1 hour prior to its start. If you miss your Level Test or you are unable to connect with your teacher on time, your session will be marked as "Missed" in your englishcentral.com account. After this is done, you will be able to schedule a new Level Test.

How is the Level (Up) Test graded? What if I do not agree with a test result?

The tests we offer and the associated quality control described below are designed in such a way that all our participants are tested in an equal manner.
