How can I reschedule my Level Test (LT)?

You can reschedule your Level Test up to 1 hour prior to its start. If you miss your Level Test or you are unable to connect with your teacher on time, your session will be marked as "Missed" in your englishcentral.com account. After this is done, you will be able to schedule a new Level Test.

If you have missed your Level Test

If you have missed your Level Test and want to reschedule, the following  questions and advice might be helpful to succeed a next time:

  • Was it clear to you at which time the Level Test was scheduled?
  • The teachers that take our tests are in the Philippines. Your location (when taking the test) might be different. When you schedule a Level Test your device will normally check your location and choose the correct date and time settings. However, it is important to always check the timezone settings during the scheduling process.
  • Were you online and logged in to EnglishCentral 5 minutes before the scheduled time and for some time after the scheduled time?
  • Did you use the email registered with us and did you use that email and password we provided to log in to EnglishCentral?
  • Were you using a mobile device to access EnglishCentral? If so our advice is to use the EnglishCentral app (for Android or iOS) and NOT the internet browser of your device. Our experience is that the app works better than an internet browser when taking a test. The app is free and can be downloaded in the app stores for Android and Apple devices.
  • If you have specific  info about why the test could not be taken, you are welcome to send us more information about what wrong. What kind of device were you using? Did you use an internet browser or the EnglishCentral app? Were you able to enter the virtual classroom around the scheduled time of the test? Did the teacher (not) show up? Can you send a screenshot of what went wrong?

To reschedule your Level Test

  • Here you can see your upcoming Level Test

  • Click on "Reschedule" to reschedule the test

  • Choose a new date and/or time and click on "Next"

  • You will then be able to see the rescheduled session

Important! If you reschedule your Level Test using the "Reschedule" button, you will only see the availability of the tutor you initially chose.

  • If you want to have another tutor or the tutor you originally selected does not have a suitable time slot, you can reschedule the Level Test by cancelling it first

  • You will then be able to schedule a new Level Test from scratch

Good to know if you missed your Level Test: it can take up to an hour for the session to be marked as "Missed." If after waiting for an hour you are still unable to reschedule the test, email support@spotonlearning.nl.

How can I reschedule my Level Up Test (LUT)?

You can reschedule your Level Up Test (LUT) by submitting a new Level Up Test request form. If you miss your LUT or you are unable to connect with the teacher on time, your session will be marked as "Missed" in your englishcentral.com account. If you do miss your Level Up Test, you will be able to schedule a new one with this form.
