How do I schedule the Level Up Test (LUT)?

First check if all of your courses are 100% completed

Before you use the form linked below to request the Level Up Test, please make sure you have finished all courses assigned to you. Here is a screenshot of what fully completed courses look like. If you want to know more, we advise you go through our General English guide.

You can use the following link to go to the Level Up Test Request Form or scroll down this page, where the form is also embedded.

• If you are in a hurry, we advise you take the LUT on a weekday. This is so because more teachers are available and your score will be sent sooner!

What will happen after I fill in the form?

After filling in the form, you will receive a confirmation email. In the meantime, we will start working on scheduling your LUT. This includes checking if the date & time you requested are available and that there is a tutor who can conduct the test. In some cases we will suggest an alternative date/time.

Steps to take the Level Up Test on Zoom

• Go to EnglishCentral 5 minutes before the scheduled time of the Level Up Test.
• Click the 'Start your Lesson' button on EnglishCentral in the Live! Lessons section.
• A new tab will open.
• You will be asked if you want to use your internet browser or the Zoom app to take the test. Our advice is to download and use the Zoom app for the best experience.
• The camera and microphone of your computer or mobile device will be used.
• In most cases you first need to give your permission for use of the camera and microphone.
• If you have problems using Zoom please contact us. In some cases the test can be taken using Microsoft Teams.
• Please login 5 minutes before the scheduled time of your test to start the lesson.
• Wait for the teacher to join, you are ready for the test.

Please note that we need at least 2 working days to schedule the LUT.

What will happen after the Level Up Test? 

After you perform the LUT, we will upload your result to your scorecard on my.spotonlearning.eu. Usually, this does not take longer than 3 working days and you will receive an email once your result is available. In that email, we also include some tips and tricks for your further improvement.
