How does the Zoom 'Classroom' on EnglishCentral work for tests and tutor sessions?
EnglishCentral.com and the EnglishCentral app use Zoom to take tests and lessons. You can start your Zoom lesson by going to the Live! Lesson section of EnglishCentral and clicking or tapping the red button 'Start your Lesson'.
You can use go to EnglishCentral.com or the EnglishCentral app on any device with a sufficient Internet speed to start your Zoom lesson.
- You can then take your Level (Up) Test or GoLive! lesson by clicking the red "Start your Lesson" button in the "Live! Lessons" tab on englishcentral.com 5 minutes before a scheduled session starts.
- You will be asked if you want to use your internet browser or the Zoom app to take your lesson. Our advice is to download the Zoom app for the best experience.

How do I schedule the Level Up Test (LUT)?
The Level Up Test (LUT) is a 20-minute conversation with a tutor that starts on EnglishCentral (website or app) in the Live! Lessons section. The Level Up Test lesson itself is taken using Zoom. You can use an internet browser or the Zoom app to take it. It measures your improvement compared to the Level Test and is similar to it in structure. You can schedule the LUT when you have completed all of your courses. Read below to find out how you can check if you have completed your courses and fill in the form to request the LUT.
