Something is not working the way I want it to

We are sorry to hear you are experiencing problems. We are going to help you and fix whatever needs to be fixed as soon as possible. We do need some information from you in order to be able to help. Check the information we need in this article and send it to support@spotonlearning.nl, we are happy to help!

  • Please provide us with your name and email address.
  • Which device you were using when the error appeared (mobile phone, desktop or laptop computer).
  • What kind of operating system your device uses (IOS for iPhone or iPad/Android for smartphone or tablet/Windows/macOS and version for Apple computer etc.) and what version.
  • Which software you are using to access website or application (browser and if so, which one/EnglishCentral mobile app)
  • If you are using the EnglishCentral mobile app, send us the app version (this can be found under 'Settings' --> see the example on the right.
  • What you were doing when you encountered the issue (Send us a screenshot if possible)
  • Describe in (enough) detail what doesn't work, what you see or don't see, what does not load what you cannot do or hear.
  • Please understand that our support staff will always first try to reproduce the problem you are experiencing. Anything you can think of that helps us do that is great!
