What do I need to do if I cannot log in on my.spotonlearning.eu?

You may not be able to log in to your account on my.spotonlearning.eu for a couple reasons. However, often you will be able to solve the problems yourself. Read more information below to see what can prevent you from logging in to your my.spotonlearning.eu account and how to fix it.

Do you see "Username not recognized" or "This password is not valid" as the error message?

  • This means that there is something wrong with your username, i.e., the email address you were registered with on my.spotonlearning.eu. Thus, make sure that you type it in correctly!
  • If you have, check if the email address you are putting in is the email address you were actually registered with. Do you have multiple email addresses? Then, this may be the root of problem. If you are not sure what email address was used when you were added to the system, check it with your coordinator.
  • In case you copy-paste your username and/or password - try to manually type it in. Sometimes when copy-pasting, an extra space is put without you noticing it.

Do you see "Processing failed, the session has expired" as the error message?

  • This happens when you have been inactive for some time while being logged in. If you just refresh the page and log in to your account again, the problem should be solved.

  • Your name and email address;
  • The device you are using, i.e., computer, phone, or tablet;
  • What kind of device it is, e.g., iOS (iPhone and iPad), Android, or Windows/macOS (computer);

  • What you were doing when you first encountered the issue (send us a screenshot if possible)
  • Include (enough) details, e.g., what does not work, what you (do not) see, what does not load, etc.
  • If you can send us a screenshot that will often help us understand the issue,
