We are sorry to hear that you have experienced a problem when submitting your test or lesson results.
The error message ‘Error 409 - token required’ normally appears when you want to submit answers to a test or lesson but have been logged out of the site automatically, after being inactive for an extended period.
For security reasons a session needs to be ended by the system after some time (normally half an hour to one hour).
When this happens you only need to login again.
If you do not remember your login details you can click 'Lost your account information?' on the login page or here in this article.
If you log in with the same browser on the same computer, your answers should be restored and you can proceed. This means you do not have to begin all over again in most cases.
You can always choose to first copy your answers (writing them down, taking screenshots). That way you still have your answers if your answers are unexpectedly not available after logging in again.
