How can I retrieve my login details using email?

If you cannot retrieve your login details automatically, you can send an email to support@spotonlearning.nl. In this email, please include your email address(es) and any information that you think can help us, e.g.:
- If you have managed to log in in the past
- If you have ever changed your username and/or password
- If the link in your invitation email has recently expired and you do not remember your login credentials, etc.
- If you have several email addresses that could be used as your username (include them all)
Most cases of forgotten/lost login details can be solved if we have your email address, hence it is crucial we know it.
