What can I do if I have not received an invitation by email from Spot On Learning?

I am told I was invited for a test or course but did not receive anything so far.

After a training coordinator adds you to the system, we register your account and invite you to start the program. Are you expecting an email from us but it is still not there? Then read this FAQ for more information. 

There can be several reasons why you have not received the invitation email yet: 

  • We are finalizing your registration. Our office is located in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, which means that we may be in a different time zone. Processing enrollments can take longer outside office hours in the CET or CEST time for different reasons.
  • The invitation ended up in your spam. Please check your spam folder. Please also add support@spotonlearning.nl to your contact list or address book to ensure you receive the email (next time). Follow the links below to find out how you can add a contact to some popular email apps:

Where and when can I find my Level Test (LT) result?

We will upload your Level Test result after you take the test and we do the quality and consistency checks. Usually, it does take around 3 working days to do this. We will email you once we have uploaded your results to your my.spotonlearning.eu account.
