What happens after the Level Up Test(LUT)?
The Level Up Test is performed when all assigned courses are completed. With the LUT, a participant finalizes one cycle. After the LUT, Spot On Learning Support will update the user on his new score and share some tips on how to make more improvements on the next cycle (in case the required level was not met).
Important note for the coordinator: in case the participant studied for at least 8 weeks, the account will be paused afterward.
The client level
You will be able to find the participant in the scorecard for a new class. But then the scorecard won't have a start date, and it'll be on pause so you can restart the account when the participants have got another two months to study.
Restarting the scorecard
In case the participant is available for another two months, you can restart his scorecard. We will invite him/her for the next cycle.
- In case the participant did his LUT within six weeks after the starting date, we will add the user to the new curriculum.
The Level Up Test and the participant
After the LUT, we send an email to the participant. In this mail, we share information and proven tips for the best results:
- The LT and LUT('s) score(s) and the points until the required level is met
- How many green tiles is advisable to have on the pronunciation dashboard (according to his required level)
- How many green tiles the participant now has on his pronunciation dashboard
- Advice on speaking grade in videos
