Reviewing the Grammar, Vocabulary, Reading and Writing Test

Step-by-step instruction

The Grammar, Vocabulary, Reading and Writing Test consists of mostly multiple-choice questions that will automatically be reviewed by our system. The writing part, however, needs some manual work in reviewing. This is done by a teacher. In this article, the teacher can find step-by-step instructions on how to do that.

The workflow

  1. Participants complete the test
  2. The teacher receives an email that the test is completed.
  3. Teacher logs in at my.spotonlearning.eu
  4. Teacher opens completed test
  5. Teacher grades the 3 writing assignment by giving it a score (from 0 to 10 points)

A teacher will get access to a teacher level on my.spotonlearning.eu.

Reviewing the Test

The teacher will have to review three writing assignments. The first assignment consists of 80-100 words, the second, 150-200, and the third, 200-220 words. In total, 430-520 words need to be checked.

Teachers, however, won't have to add any marks or adjust the text. We only ask them to grade every assignment separately from 0-10.
