What do I have to do when a participant fails the Cargo & Cargo Handling Test?
As you probably know, participants only pass the Cargo & Cargo Handling Test if they answer 31 questions or more correct. Because this is a test to check if they know their jargon, it is mandatory to pass this test. Communication on board is very important as this will ensure safety on board.
This is what the new process will entail: 
- When a participant scored 30 or lower on the Test, they will have to redo the course on EnglishCentral.
- Spot On Learning will create a new scorecard for the participant - without a start date - on pause.
- In case they're ready to work another 2 months on this course, you can restart their accounts on my.spotonlearning.eu.
- Once they have finished the Cargo & Cargo Handling course, the participants will be invited to a second Cargo & Cargo Handling Test (by you or by us)
***Note that the only way to let them redo the course is if we erase all progress on EnglishCentral. Doing this sometimes leads to disappointment for students, try to inform them beforehand that all progress is still available on my.spotonlearning.eu. Unfortunately, we cannot only delete progress of the Maritime Course.
