How much time does it take for Spot On Learning to send the login credentials to the participant?
Once you add a participant to the Client Level, we need some time to register the participant to EnglishCentral. Spot On Learning participants will then get a certain tag, which enables teachers to recognize our students.
About the time we need to invite the applicants, we cannot always give an indication of how many hours it takes us. Our office is located in Amsterdam (GMT+2), which means that if you are not in our timezone, our office opening hours are probably different than yours. For instance, in case you are 5 hours ahead of us, we cannot respond to early entries.
We also only add participants during our office hours, not during weekends and in evenings.
However, adding new participants is usually one of the first things we do in the morning. What helps is to send us an additional email in case a specific participant has got high priority. We always check our mail, so when we see an email with top priority, we can respond to it right away.
