The deck cadet's perspective

Drills are important to stay safe as a crew, I don't want to disturb something of such importance
The deck cadet is young and feels he is at the bottom of the hierarchy. No problem for him; he accepts that about everyone onboard is more experienced and more senior in all kinds of ways. He feels that drills are important for the entire crew. The crew is a group, a collective he is a member of.
